Court Services

American Mediation Services provides conflict management and dispute resolution services to parties that are involved in litigation.  These services are initiated when AMS is contacted directly, by one of the parties or their attorneys, or when we are assigned to mediate a case that has had an Order of Referral to Mediation issued by the presiding judge in the case.  An Order of Referral to Mediation is submitted electronically through the American Mediation Services website or via fax to 866-626-0115.

If you are involved in a lawsuit and would like your case mediated by American Mediation Services, please schedule a mediation by completing the appropriate intake form located here.

If you are a court clerk or judge, American Mediation Services wants to assist you in any way that we can.  Referring cases to mediation can reduce your case load and lighten your docket!  If you would like to know more about the types of cases that we mediate or if you would like to schedule a time for Marc Lilly to come meet with your court administrative staff, please give us a call at (972) 293-4237.
