American Mediation Services Conflict Management Training Program

American Mediation Services offers training in conflict management.  We provide workshops that are ideal for professionals and employees of companys that are wanting to enhance their conflict management and dispute resolution skills.  We also provide the state mandated 40-hour basic training course that is required to be a mediator in the State of Texas as well as several additional 40-hour courses that compliment mediator training.

Even if you don't want to make mediation a career, the skills that you will develop and the tools you'll receive through training at American Mediation Services will certainly enable you to enhance your current career and allow for greater opportunities for advancement and recognition.

Programs that are currently being offered through American Mediation Services are:

WORKSHOPS (these are 16-hour courses scheduled over two or three days and are designed for individuals wishing to gain greater understanding about conflict and how to better manage conflict at home, in the work place and in their daily interactions with others.  Select workshops can be used as CE credits for individuals that are already working as professoinal mediators or who are credentialed mediators that must satisfy their annual CE requirements.)
